Never. Every decision is yours. My job is to make the process calm and manageable and to help you decide with clarity — I'll never pressure you to part with anything.

Is it confidential?+

Completely. What we work on stays private. Nothing is shared or photographed without your explicit permission, and I work to professional standards of discretion.

I feel embarrassed about the state of my home.+

Please don't be. I've seen it all and there is zero judgement here. Reaching out is the hardest step — most clients feel lighter the moment we begin.

How much does it cost?+

Sessions are £25 per hour (2 hour minimum booking required), with an additional charge if you'd like me to take unwanted items away for donation or recycling. There's no obligation, and you'll always know the cost before we start — no surprises.

Which areas do you cover?+

I'm based in Abergavenny and cover Monmouthshire and the surrounding area within roughly 20 miles, including Crickhowell, Usk, Raglan, Monmouth and the Brecon Beacons. Just ask if you're nearby.

Do I need to tidy before you arrive?+

Absolutely not — the mess is exactly what I'm here for. Please leave everything as it is so we can work through it together.

What happens to the things I let go of?+

I take care of it. Suitable items go to local charities and the rest is recycled responsibly so very little reaches landfill.
